Exchange and Return
Returns are accepted within no more than three days from receiving the product for items purchased through the website, subject to the following conditions:
- Returns do not apply to products purchased during promotional offers or discounted items with a discount exceeding 50%.
- Returns for opened or used products will not be accepted in accordance with the regulations of the Saudi Food and Drug Authority and the Ministry of Commerce.
- Returned products must be unused, in the same condition received, and in their original sealed packaging.
- To ensure product quality, the Discount Box team will verify that the returned item is the same product sent to the customer, carrying the same barcode and product source.
- If there is any discrepancy, the return request will not be accepted.
If the customer simply no longer wants the products and wishes to return them, only the product value will be refunded (excluding cash on delivery fees and previously paid shipping charges).
Non-Returnable Products (According to Saudi Food and Drug Authority Regulations)
- Makeup products and skincare products cannot be returned.
- Damaged product returns are limited only to manufacturing defects or shipping damage and do not apply in cases of misuse or failure to follow care instructions for skincare, body care, or makeup products.
- Refunds will be issued only to the original card or payment account used after the returned products are received and approved. Processing may take from 3 to 20 business days, depending on payment providers.
Local and International Shipping & Delivery
- Once a product has been received from the shipping courier, it cannot be returned before contacting us to process the return request.
- If the customer fails to receive the shipment from the courier after several delivery attempts, return policy conditions may apply to the customer.
