Preparation
Use a coffee cup to measure cold water and pour into the pot (rakweh)
Add 1.5–2 teaspoons of Sultan Extra coffee per cup
Add sugar as desired and stir well before placing on heat
Place the pot on very low heat and let the foam rise slowly, then pour carefully into cups to preserve the foam

Warnings
Store in a cool, dry place away from heat and humidity
Seal the package immediately after each use, or transfer coffee to an airtight glass container to preserve the cardamom “Extra” flavor
